William Morton took his Digital Photo Academy class to Old Town San Diego today for a roving workshop on Composition In The Field. Eight students hit the streets of the old state park, looking for anything and everything photo-worthy. The students enjoyed the camaraderie of the group shoot atmosphere, and William showed cropping and composition examples from the back of his camera as the group chose photo subjects. After 3 hours in the sun, all went home with some great new images for their portfolio – and armed with new techniques to improve their photography.
